5 DAYS/ 4 NIGHTS (YANGON-BAGO-THANLYIN TOUR)

Day.01 : Yangon

Arrive at Yangon Airport by flight. Welcome by a tour guide and transfer to Hotel.
Dinner at local restaurant and overnight in Yangon.

Day.02 : Yangon

Breakfast at the Hotel.
Yangon fullday sightseeing to SHWEDAGON PAGODA world famous golden stupa. The golden dome rises 98 meters above its base and is covered with 60tons of pure gold. CHAUK HTATKYI PAGODA, a colossal reclining Buddha. Proceed to BOGYOKE (SCOTT) market, with time to browse among the hundreds of stalls for souvenir bargain and SULE PAGODA, a beautiful octagonal golden stupa, dating back over 2,000 years.
Lunch at local restaurant.
Continue sightseeing such as MAHAPASANA CAVE , where sixth Buddhist synod took place; KABA AYE PAGODA (WORLD PEACE) PAGODA; Glass Factory, BOTATAUNG PAGODA and NANTHIDA JETTY to see life on the Yangon river.
Dinner at local restaurant and overnight in Yangon.

Day.03 : Yangon - Bago

Breakfast at the Hotel.
After breakfast, continue by road 110km to BAGO. An ancient capital dating back to the 6th century sightseeing includes the SHWEMAWDAW PAGODA. Over thousand years old, its even taller than SHWEDAGON PAGODA.
Lunch at local restaurant.
After excursion, return to Yangon.
Dinner at local restaurant and overnight in Yangon.

Day.04 : Yangon - Thanlyin

Breakfast at the Hotel.
After breakfast, excursion to Syriam, once a major port. It is an oil refinery and part industrial zone. Visit KYAUKTAN YELE PAGODA (middle stream) temple, set on a tiny island in the river and explore two further pagodas and the riverside market. The longest bridge in Myanmar lies between Yangon and Thanlyin. It takes only an hour-drive to reach Thanlyin. Lunch at local restaurant.
Dinner at local restaurant and overnight in Yangon.

Day.05 : Yangon

Breakfast at the Hotel.
Leave for airport to take the departure flight.
